Jewels has enjoyed a varied background in both commercial and third sectors. This has given her a unique perspective and set of skills that can harness the talents of the people around her to deliver outstanding results.
Many business opportunities are lost as a result of the way they – or their staff – view the world and therefore fail to respond to their environment. Jewels can quickly identify a lack of confidence or damaging beliefs and practices to put your bottom line back to top form.
Jewels’ style is hands on and warm, to encourage and develop. This interaction allows you to develop your style and your way, whether you are a scared seller, confident communicator or just stuck in a rut.
Since graduating Jewels has worked for over half a decade in sales for several blue chip companies where she moved into training and development for both sales and non-sales staff. Awarded top regional sales status, lowest cancellations and highest performing sales teams on many occasions.
Jewels has also enjoyed a career in management accountancy in start-ups and corporate companies. Increasing turnover 5%, cut costs by £1.5k per month and increased cash flow by 25% in roles including head of finance department and company accountant.
Trained in 2002 as a coaching, later nlp and some clean language.
Coaching personal and corporate clients in both careers and well-being (including weight loss and stress management). Clients include an nhs trust, business analyst, coaching agency and events management company.
For ten years Jewels has held non-executive director roles within the third sector, developing policy and direction, ensuring adequate governance and developing/managing projects within those services. Jewels has also ran her own drama companies in Cardiff and Southampton, developing the style of the individuals and the groups as a whole.
